When South Korean citizens started to advocate for women’s rights, they began to break down the system of discrimination that was formed even before our parents’ generation. There are evident gaps in both wage and recruitment among the genders. This severe issue discourages capable women from their futures and gives men a stronger burden to support their families. Therefore, I designed this infographic poster explaining the gender gap within working society to educate a broader audience.
